Pelican Design took four existing
utilitarian machines and reassesed them from the inside out.
The goal was to offer customers a new product line to fit their custom
packagingneeds, while tailoring it to new marketing, engineering and
manufacturing approaches.

The Cornerstone Program
was a comprehensive project that realigned the core business approach.As
a team member we were responsible to drive the program directive by research,
ideas and design solutions.
Understanding Hi Speed’s customers
and their productivity needs was a key to how to approach the design.
Results

We designed a system of robust
machines that reduces build time by 50% . Once in place the plan yielded
a 20% sales increase and a contender in the industry.
